Birth support begins long before labour starts. Together, we'll build a relationship based on trust, preparing for birth through thoughtful conversations, personalised guidance and evidence-informed education. By the time your baby arrives, you'll know you have someone beside you who understands your hopes, your concerns and your birth preferences. Whether your birth unfolds exactly as planned or takes an unexpected turn, my role is to provide steady, compassionate support so you feel informed, reassured and empowered throughout.

On Call For Your Birth
From the agreed point in your pregnancy, you'll know that when labour begins, I'm ready to support you.
During Labour
Continuous physical, emotional and practical support throughout your labour and birth, working alongside your chosen birth partner and healthcare team.
After Your Baby Arrives
I'll remain with you for the first few hours after birth, helping you settle in, supporting your first feed if you choose to breastfeed, and ensuring you feel comfortable before quietly stepping away.
